To create digital assets from illustrations, graphic and video assets, incoporating new design templates and style to bolster the financial messaging, as well creating digestable engaging design to help consumers make difficult decisions.Expanding our illustration library for animation as well developing the new look and feel to freshen the brand across multiple platforms and attract customers and shape the brand direction. Champoining the current style with user tested stats to help drive a cohesive and responsible design.

Developing the brand across the board of user facing journeys, via email, app, social and website we want to make sure our journey to help consumers navigate and invest in our product.

Role Description

  • Display assets- creations for front end development in campaign and product launch, consist of campaign development and promotional assets.

  • CRM - journey for email design how to make click through more engaging and making reactive design decisions

  • CRM - Creating optimised module design to stay up to date with technology and functioniality of interaction

  • Illustration - creating new dynamic artwork using user testing finding to more adaptive illustrations, working alongside the Creative Lead to develope Marketing designs.

  • Video editing and motion design - Adapting videos for use in alternative platoforms such as atm’s, YouTube and other social media platofmrs

  • Social media content - paid assets as well as organic social, upgrading the look and feel of the current Experin design

  • Presentation design - creating and developing presentation assets on platforms such as powerpoint and google slides.

  • Working with project leads, freelancers, contractors and print companies across the world to deliver outstanding creative assets across screen and print.

  • UI - Working alongside seniour UI designer to incoporate marketing design

Senior Graphic Designer

My position consists of growing the brand's identity in its graphic design, formulating clean aesthetics and engagement through multifacet of communication e.g. E-commerce, CRM, social media, print materials, illustrations, photography and videography. I give creative direction on photography and stylisation on what works successfully through a skincare and beauty market, thus developing our constraints through our brand guidelines and pushing our creativity further. 

Role Description

  • Retouching - photo manipulation on colour correction, touchup and manipulation on to different stages .

  • E-com - creations for front end development in campaign and product launch and promotional assets to be incorporated for blog styles, homepage and product pages.

  • CRM - journey for email design to be more engaging, as well as building out assets through klaviyo and ensuring compatibility across platforms. 

  • Print assets - for campaigns such as in order leaflets,information packs for PR and product launch. Leading creative missions on older artwork to create more engaging and relevant material.

  • Illustration - designing multitude of artwork by hand and digitally for scientific demonstrations and unique quirky artwork for everyday use.

  • Video editing and motion design -, created using different types of softwares eg Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Aftereffects. Creating dynamic displays of typography or subtle shifts in motion.

  • Social media content - paid assets as well as organic social for UK and France market

  • Graphic designer for international relations, currently working with the french market and creating adaptive design.

My role consists of graphic design, illustration and video editing with the occasion of leading creative development for shoots and directing videos. Creating elements for emails, social and web assets , as well printed material such as brochures and in-order leaflet. Working on packaging design for our Christmas promotion and rebrand, as well as artwork is also provided to different retailers for use, such as SpaceNK, Look Fantastic, Elements, Next and more.
